This product is guaranteed to you by us to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its purchase, provided that you, the Purchaser, register the e-warranty online to ES Online Pte Ltd within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery. This warranty is also subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the following components:
• Bamboo structure/framework for 365 days; limited to normal use (place on, desktop, wall hung)

2. Any claim under this warranty is to be made to ES Online Pte Ltd, together with proof of purchase (either original purchase receipt or invoice) and the Purchaser’s detail of their e-warranty.

3. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product at the original delivery address.

4. Replacement repair of the product does not extend or renew this warranty.

5. This warranty does not apply if the product has been used for non-domestic or commercial purposes or for purposes or in a manner for which the product was not designed.

6. This warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or exposed to sunlight, heat, bright lights or extreme environmental conditions.

7. This warranty does not apply to products which have been stored incorrectly, handled carelessly or improperly, misused, abused, altered/modified, cleaned using wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products, improperly/inadequately maintained, or applied/treated with chemical products.

8. This warranty also does not apply to products on which repairs have been attempted other than by service staff authorized by ES Online Pte Ltd.

9. To be able to claim this warranty, the product must be cared for in accordance with the care instructions set out overleaf and otherwise supplied by ES Online Pte Ltd.

10. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from the following:
• impacts, accidents, neglect or negligence;
• exposure to chemical(s) or liquid(s) (including bodily fluids);
• handling in transit.

11. ES Online Pte Ltd’s decision on all questions relating to complaints as to defects either of workmanship or materials shall be final and conclusive. Any decision to repair or have part(s) replaced shall be at ES Online Pte Ltd’s sole discretion.

12. If identical material is not available at the time of product service, ES Online Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute other material of comparable quality. Please approach Seller first for assistance.

13. Save as precluded by law, this warranty does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage and ES Online Pte Ltd makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
